Timothy E. Howie, Esq. is a Maryland native who grew up in Charles County, Maryland, lives in Anne Arundel County, Maryland with four of his five children, and has been practicing law full time in Maryland since 1989, in D.C. since 1990, and in Virginia since 1991.
